At organichaive, our team of professional and dedicated delivery people are very passionate about making our customers happy by ensuring a timely delivery of orders.
Our official delivery time starts at about 12:00 noon to around 7:00 PM, from mondays to saturdays, but special arrangements can be made between us and a customer to process and deliver order outside these stipulated time and days.

Orders received on or before 10:00am are processed and delivered same day within Lagos state and those that came in after 10:00am are scheduled to be delivered the next business day.
(This applies to ONLY fresh foods produces, vegetables, fruits, oils, fishes and seafoods).
Orders for non perishable items that came in after this deadline could still be delivered same day.
We currently have a free delivery for paid order up to N10,000 and above within Lagos, N1,500 for order below N10,000. All orders going outside Lagos will attract N2,700 shipping fee, while heavy item charges may also apply if the total weight of an order exceeds 5kg.
For any reason at all, If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item to you and the damage to the item has been caused by us, please notify the delivery person immediately and we will happily replace the item at no cost to you, once you take delivery of your order and signed confirming it without observing any incorrectness or damage, you take ownership of the items and organichaive will not be able to accept returns.
